I have hired Leandross and LJH on several occasions over the last 8 years. They’ve built 4 restaurants for me,
and they are my company of choice for these complicated projects.
Like house renos, but twice as detailed, restaurant build outs demand an attention to detail that is beyond the
ability of a lot of folk…Leandross is gifted at thinking of everything, forgetting nothing, and making sure that it all
gets done in sequence. If LJH is available, I use them…full stop. I have even delayed a project so that I can
work with them.

Leandross brings a high level of workmanship to each project, which instantly sets him apart from other GC’s in Vancouver. He is able to work within your budget, and finish a project both on time and on budget. He is integral, honest, and amazingly easy to work with; unlike other contractors he has no ego and is able to proactively brainstorm the best and most cost effective solution with you and/or your design team. He can accommodate scope changes on the fly; a great asset to a project, especially when the unexpected occurs.

LJH is a full service contracting service and takes the headaches out of permitting, sub-trade management, and day to day hassles; Leandross runs a tight site, he is courteous to his neighbours and responds to problems instantly.

He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive contractor out there, but you will be guaranteed a professional, honest, friendly, and committed working relationship, throughout the course of your project. He consistently goes the extra mile (even after projects are complete), to make sure you are satisfied with the end result.

I would not hesitate to recommend him for both renovation work, new builds, exterior and interior projects; he has extensive knowledge of each and will save you time, money and stress from day 1.
