Grounded in actual quotations from trades & suppliers, backed by our 18 years of experience and knowledge of Building codes, this package reinforces client confidence. Each package is project-specific, billed for actual time incurred and the client is billed biweekly for the work performed.
(A Package is expected to cost between $2,500 to $7,500depending on the complexity and volume).

What is included in a design package?
Floor plans and elevations: Visual representations of the project layout and vertical views. These drawings serve as a foundational guide for the construction process.
Construction budget: A comprehensive financial plan outlining the estimated costs associated with the entire construction project. It covers expenses related to materials, labor, permits, and other project-specific elements. The construction budget provides clients with a clear understanding of the financial aspects of their project.
Finishing material schedule: Detailed list specifying chosen finishing materials such as flooring, fixtures, paint, and other aesthetic elements. The schedule ensures that the client has a clear overview of the chosen materials, aiding in budgeting and procurement.
Construction schedule: if the work or the client demands a visual timeline outlining the planned sequence of construction activities from start to finish.
In conjunction with the Design Package, this option suits clients seeking comprehensive project management costing. Biweekly invoices, based solely on work performed, with a management fee (10-15% in new construction, 15-18% in renovations, depending on scope of work). Enjoy direct invoices for materials without mark-ups and leverage our contractor discounts.

With the Design Package integrated, the Set Price Budget suits projects with a more defined scope of work. Payments are structured across six stages, aligning with work stages.
