• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interaction data.
• Advertising and lead information submitted through platforms such as Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google, or another lead-generation service.
• Business and transaction information needed to prepare estimates, enter into or perform a contract, process payments, administer projects, meet warranty obligations, and maintain accounting or legal records.
• Other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We may collect personal information directly from you through our website, contact or quote forms, telephone calls, email, text messages, consultations, contracts, project documentation, social media pages, events, and advertising lead forms. • Architects, designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, trades, suppliers, inspectors, warranty providers, insurers, financial institutions, legal or accounting advisers, municipalities, permitting authorities, and other parties involved in an inquiry or project, where appropriate.
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta or Google, for lead delivery, analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising, subject to your settings, consent requirements, and those platforms’ own privacy practices.
• A purchaser, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed financing, reorganization, sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
• Government, regulatory, law-enforcement, court, insurance, or other parties when required or permitted by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or security.

Service providers may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law and their applicable agreements.

We may record the inquiry in our customer relationship system and follow up about the requested services. We do not sell the information. The platform also handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, managing inquiries and projects, maintaining warranty and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, insurance, accounting, and contractual obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is held. When information is no longer required, we securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to lawful backup and record-retention requirements.

10. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
